july 30th (wednesday) at the firehouse, 6pm. i think the movie thing is not going to happen, but we’ll have some other attraction.
there’s another show this nite (alluded to in the flyer), which is black rainbow, genesis climber, terribles, bonezone, and blister pack, at distant castle. blister pack is kpars, macoe, the countess cindy b, and PKPKPKPKPKP, it’s their first show.

don’t forget. also missoula oblangata this wednesday, same location.

saturday there was a big party for the 13th anniversary of the collective house i used to live at. the party was fun with a lot of great folks and dancing and carrying on and spilling drinks on people who are moms and getting your feet really stomped on and discovering really dark bruises on your ribs the next day that you can’t remember what they could possibly be from. dan wars made a mix tape, matt smith rented a car, the curtin brothers were there, it was a good time. of course, in the same breath i should say that there were a number of conspicuous absences, and with less of a connection to migratory crusties and general weirdodom at the house, there was a pronounced lack of “wild cards” as psibs put it. no greasy carharts, no facial tattoos, no forestry names, no one in a circus, stuff like that. come on, go go, shake off that anti-faustian 13 year old fuddy-duddiness and embrace real diversity- up the funners and creative scumbags!
i should add that i like everyone at the house, even the people who have careers (which is almost everyone). also i should say that today mcoe told me that him and ML and gran turismo had a roman candle fight in the woods- that gives me hope. ATTN more weirdos: move to worcester!

new yoni gordon album drops “soon”, with totally sweet mike leslie artwork. tour dates on the YG homepage.
mike was over yesterday to give me the ginger beer recipe, and i got to take a sneak at his sketchbook. he should get a micron sponsorship. and the new skateboard coming out soon on tasty? he always kills!
don’t forget about ML’s arte showe this friday at orchard skate shop, 1562 tremont st boston MA from 7 to 10pm. it’s a tiny room, and i think everyone is going. it’ll be up for like a month i think. mike is making limited edition cookies, plus t-shirts, some of which i’ll have at the store if you don’t get one at the show.
hey everyone, welcome to the new layout! i’m pretty psyched about it, i think it’ll help me keep the page fresh, and upload more pictures and mp3s and be more community-minded and what not, but we’ll see– my house is wallpapered with such good intentions (or anyway the floor is littered). right off the bat some problems with the new way- the RSS is changed (for the second time in a year) but hopefully all you RSS dogz changed over with it. the worst of it is that the old entries are not fold-in-able to the new system, leaving them on their own little archive island. i’ve thrown away enough of what i thought was regrettable writing in my life to know that i always always want to read it later, so nick reville, jeremy bruce, et al., don’t worry, i’m being archival. anyway, if you’re in the far future from me now, monday night at 11:17 in worcester on december 4th 2006 with the heat on and the last of the beer smell burning off the heater, and you’ve read this far, here’s the last six years, best read in reverse chronology, so on each page scroll down and read up:
love ya!
and oh yeah, the big reason for this switch-over was to prettily upload all the out-of-date fujichia releases, so look for those sporadically over the next coupla, alongside all the same regular cryptic gossip, vibrant ho-humming, sullen enjoyment, emotional dividends, and void-approaching. also, nick, you still have my tiny scissors, which i don’t need to have tomorrow but do use every day.
ok, love ya!
